Our mission was to increase their conversion rate by optimizing their e-commerce website in a way that follows the brand’s identity. Following the the project’s initial audit, we overhauled their initial data settings, set up new goals, and implemented Google Tag Manager. With these changes in place, the next phase consisted of analyzing the data and putting together an action plan for improvements.

The end result of the project increased the site’s cross sales by ≈ 19%.
